We are looking for:

Team Leader Repair Line (m/f/d) responsible for coordinating and supervising execution of repair operations, daily performance and activities of team members within a shift and/or work center ensuring safety, quality, and meeting of the delivery targets.

Tasks:

• Distributes work tasks, monitors use of equipment and materials, including the stock management of standard tools and materials used at the work center, and provides technical support to team members.
• Ensures process adherence and resolves operational issues in their area
• Tracks and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) across assigned repair line(s)
• Monitors employee engagement and disciplinary issues, conducts performance talks, in charge for daily staffing, proper utilization of the people and vacation planning.
• Responsible for onboarding and continuous qualification of employees
• Monitors consumption (materials, hours) and suggests savings
• Ensures implementation of defined processes and procedures, including safety and quality compliance
• Participates in continuous improvement and team meetings.
• Performs operational tasks in their area, as needed, and to the extent required to maintain qualifications. 
• Direct leadership of team members within a shift and/or work center
• Acts as the communication link between management and the team and collaborates with other teams and departments
• Reports performance and daily issues to responsible Repair Line Senior Manager /Manager.

Requirements:

• Level IV vocational qualification
• MS Office – SAP
• English – Technical English
• 1–3 years of experience in metalworking
• Practical technical knowledge and ability to lead and develop others
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate, guide and develop the team, maintain discipline and productivity
• Teamwork, flexibility, willingness to work in 2 shifts
